Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product has shipped or entered final processing. If an eligible order is cancelled, a refund will be issued. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and kept in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send a return without contacting customer support first. We will review the request and provide the next steps when the return is eligible.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within the processing timeframe of the payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval, first check your payment account again, then contact your payment provider or bank. Processing times can vary. If you still need help, contact support@shinefinery.local.

Return Shipping

Customers are charged at most once for shipping costs related to a return. No restocking fee is charged for an eligible returned product.
